What is included with onsite prep?
We bring the BBQ trailer to your venue, prepare the food onsite, and set up food-service tables for a self-serve buffet. Onsite prep is included in standard pricing. We do not supply dining tables or chairs. All dishes and cutlery we provide are disposable.
Do you offer delivery-only catering?
We cook the food offsite and drop it off at your venue. BBQ trailer service, onsite prep, and buffet setup are not included. Delivery-only orders receive 10% off the bill. We do not supply dining tables or chairs. All dishes and cutlery we provide are disposable.
What types of events do you cater?
We cater weddings, corporate events, private parties, reunions, graduations, festivals, and other gatherings across Southern Oregon.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Medford and serve the Rogue Valley, with extended travel available north to Roseburg, east to Klamath Falls, and west to Brookings and Gold Beach.
How far in advance should I request a quote?
Request a quote as early as possible. Two to four weeks is recommended for many events, while weddings and large events often require more lead time.
